Oh yeah, most people are fat too. But you don't have to have low bodyfat to have a good jaw and neck. You have to have a good jaw and neck. That is..not be a mouthbreater. Tin is a fucking skeleton so he has no excuse either way.

Anyone here ever gotten surgery for purely aesthetic problems?

I'm eighteen and a 5/10 at best. I don't want to get model tier looks because that will never happen, but I just want to become objectively attractive. Get a nosejob, perhaps jaw surgery. I don't know how much it would run for though.
Pic related has gotten me motivated to save up to do something about my appearance. I truly feel like it'd lift a huge burden off my shoulders.
Any other /fa/ggots in the same case? What do you not like about your facial features that you'd like to fix?

If I had the money, the procedure was completely secure and I had 100% assured to look better I would do it.

I want a nose job, buccal fat removed and a lift in one of my eyebrows since they're asymmetric.
