I'm trying to grow my hair out, but I still havent made it to the shitty middle-schooler length yet. I usually do it the way I did in the first two pics, but the back of my hair keeps getting longer and longer, and is starting to look kinda shitty/mullet-y like it does in the rightmost picture. What do I do about the back of my hair now that it's getting longer? Should I do the front differently? Should I trim the back? Pls help.
