Okay, honest question to you guys.

I'd like to be thinner/fitter. Not starving thin or super beefy, just "normal" thin and not skinny fat.
Are there actually well balanced, normal people who mantain a thin and healthy figure?
All I seem to see are either
>I eat 200kcal a day and punish myself for eating an extra apple, being thin is the only thing that matters to me even if it kills me
>Muh gainz, /fit/ is my life, all I have in life is being fit, if I can't go to the gym one day I go crazy
or (not counting)
>I'm a lazy fucker with good genes who can eat as much as they want.

I am just scared of getting obsessed if that makes sense?
But it seems more and more like being thin or fit automatically means you need to put in all your time and there's basically no way to be well adjusted, mentally healthy, capable of having other interests and thoughts.
