call me a walking meme, but I seem to have something along the lines of "Sensory processing sensitivity", I used to get general anxiety with a lot of colors and patterns and more, not panic attacks but id feel tired/skittish/gross/irritated when I was overwhelmed by the environment, and minimalism finally gave me peace, this is applied to my clothes/home/lifestyle

while i know that not everyone feels this way naturally, I do think a lot more people could benefit from minimalism. It would make life easier to so many people, not all of course
