First of all I was very active as a kid (pic related, me at 9 years old) so I'm sure that had something to do with it. Red belt in taekwando, climbing trees and roofs with my friends and playing shitloads of football (soccer).

I stopped doing all that shit at about 13 or 14 but I still played basketball pretty regularly. Recently (past year) I've been running but it's been patchy at best. Like I'll get up at 6am and run 5k everyday for a week and then not run again for a month. Trying to keep it more constant.

As for diet, I've never eaten much. I think I eat about 1000-1500 calories a day. The stuff I do eat is usually very healthy though, like oatmeal, fresh fruit, chicken breasts, pasta, red meat, pork, soda bread etc. I don't know, I've never had much of a craving for unhealthy food. I don't enjoy eating much anyway I've always felt it's a bit of a chore. I've gone 24 hours without eating before and it wasn't even difficult.

I'm 6'3 155lbs in the OP btw, somewhere around 10% body fat.
