fellow arabic person here. Here is a step by step process.

1. Haircut and shoes are what matter the most. 90% of looking/feeling good is being in the right shoes with the right haircut. Sneakers : White Stan Smiths (Common projects if you have the 400$)
Haircut: Arabic men have god tier hair genetics, grow it out. Aim for pic related or slightly shorter.
Clothes: Wear Black jeans, they contrast well with your skin/hair color. For shirts and Sweaters: Black, Navy Blue and Dark Green. These colors work excellently with dark hair and features.

DRINK WATER, i mean drink 3 liters a day. You will look happier, be skinnier and have a better jawline just from this.
