Yeah, the welt stitching is sloppy on them which is disappointing but purely an aesthetic thing that affects nothing but your eyes
The tongue is also stitched in crooked on the right boot which is annoying but again, nothing structural.
Whites is not immune to defects and they happen a lot. It's up to you to decide if the "risk" is worth it on $500+ boots

i own two pairs of MPs but I'm done with Whites as a brand. They keep raising the price over and over and over. I get it, inflation is killing people, but you are owned by a Japanese congolomerate with money to spare, you're not in danger as a company. Why the insane price raises?
