If you want general inspo, dig around warosu. There were a couple good threads last winter and spring, even if some of them were just bickering between neofolk and TIP. Pic rel has been posted to death, but check out the brands it mentions (Margaret Howell, Timothy Everest, etc)

As for pleated pants, if you're looking for more casual stuff, check out overseas brands like Orslow, Old Joe, and Eastlogue. Even if they don't fully fit the look, they still have some pieces which would fit in If you're looking for tailoring, look at Anglo-Italian, Berg & Berg, or Drake's and go from there. They all use earthy natural materials.

Or go on No Man Walks Alone/Mr Porter/END and search for pleated wool pants, they're pretty popular this season
