Ok, I think the shoes don't match for two reasons
>color: the pink just doesn't fit with grey and dark blue, those are toned and calm while the pink is bright and playful - they clash pretty hard
>the sweater and pants give off a semi formal vibe, it'd work well in an office setting while the shoes give me a "60s secretary look", which technically would also work in an office setting albeit from the 60s.
Yeah, so imo if you wanna keep the non-shoe garments you've gotta switch the shoes for something like the picrel chick is wearing
