I'd say this is true for the Wehrmacht and SS troops but the nazi head-elite looked pretty ridiculous, mainly because they look like spergs (probably because they were in fact nerds) and putting them in an uniform for tall handsome white men is not fitting for pudgy bavaria-balkan manlets.
