I stand by the Cambridge by SFC.

Bought them 2.2 years ago, and with a nice polish (I do it on Fridays), They still look gorgeous. Excellent durability and wear in beautifully without the fit becoming sloppy.

I will always buy again. So in my budget too. OBviously, you are looking for something cheap. Say you wear these, perhaps, 300 out of the 375 days of the year. That will cost you, long term, around 17 cents (rounded up, didnt consider tax or shipping) each use. Not bad? Not bad.
