ok well you have a really rudimentary understanding of monarchy. the original nobility was founded via warlords, aka great men, one of the arguments for monarchy and feudalism is that its a means of natural selection and eugenics, the successful nobility continues to breed and be successful, those who are unsuccessful are deposed. as time progresses the genetic traits for a successful monarch are cultivated and propagated along the family line. in this sense both fascism and monarchsim are eugenic in that they facilitate a rule of law and legitimacy via force and strength.

in terms of ideological similarity, both have centralised heads of state, whether that be the monarch or fascist dictator, both are dependent on strong cultural, ethnic and national links for legitimacy, both are restrictive of democracy and both have a similar conception social and political hierarchy.

the main difference is that the legitimacy of the monarch is passed down via inheritance whereas the fascist is via self determinism.

you are currently living in a society run by 'ordinary' men, its shit. both fascism and monarchism facilitate great men in leadership, which is what is required.
