Avoid lacing over the bunion. Picrel is two different lacing styles that I use, obviously the trainer I just got lazy and it looks weird but trainers are trainers. The lacing on the oxford looks better but it depends on how the top of the shoe is designed (below the surface the lacing pattern is pretty much identical to what I've done on my trainer).
