The watch uses the “Asian 21-jewel movement” aka DG2813/NN2813 aka Mingzhu. It’s a Miyota 8215 clone with an added hack function. As a clone of the Miyota, it also has indirect center seconds with potential for stutter, detailed here (bottom):

The DG2813 is obviously very different from the movement inside a genuine Omega. It suffices to say that the anyone with a passing familiarity with the inside of a watch will recognize this as fake.
