forgot pic for reference, I have the full sized kind. the toe area can be cut down in order to make space if needed, but the heel and arch area is usually a hard molded plastic covered in cork or foam. not using them is not an option, without them my knees hips and spine would get all fucked up and the only reason i don't have scoliosis right now is because i've been wearing these since I was able to walk.
