Anyone here incorporate military stuff into their tech fits?

I've been wearing this ripstop jacket from Ark Air non-stop the last few months. Wind and waterproof and looks fairly techy in the right fit too.

Think my next purchase will be a pair of black cargos from their sister-brand Arktis. They have this wicked adjustable waist system. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPDxsehiYeA

Debating whether to get this Ark Air jacket - water and wind proof for £230.

I ordered a similar model (without wind/water proofing) from Oi Polloi for £170 but I was refunded as they didn't have my size in stock

£230 for this Ark Air jacket - its waterproof and windproof. No hood, so I'd probably want to source a waterproof bucket hat in a similar colour as well.

I tried to get the version which isn't water/wind proof for £170 but it had sold out and now debating whether to shell out the extra £60 for this version. Admittedly, I want to add some more technical garments to my wardrobe.
