Two tings come to mind.

1) >>12889708 is right more or less, do what you want. BUT

2) If your socially conscious, you'll realize 90% of people around you would look at that and think you look like a try hard cosplayer for a not-too-distant-future dystopia anime.

There's a difference between basic cargos that had a tailor taper them down and ACRONYM cargos that have a dozen zippers, drop crotch, and 4 random ass straps who's soul purpose is to just hang there. Same principle can be applied to jackets and masks, if they appear to serve no purpose, people can and will see right through the "cool factor." To rant a little, I'd wish there was more of an emphasis on grey man techwear (pic related), as it's the best combination of practicality and fashion that don't make people roll their eyes every time they see it.

I kinda do it by default (did a bunch of blue collar work before going into college) but now I'm slowly transitioning to more of a techwear aesthetic. Just a bit more fun fashion wise with all the practicality.
