and this is great, obviously. short shorts, sleeves rolled up, lots of skin: casual. another lesson, that's basic fashion really: the darker your skin, the more bright, vibrant colors you can pull off. get a dark tan before trying this. or be black. no rules apply if you're black.

in conclusion, casual blazers w/ shorts aren't for me, can look amazing on the right person so long as he doesn't get too fussy, and looks terrible (in my opinion) when done in preppy/hamptons mode (didn't include a pic of this, but it's the most common version in the states).
