cried in the drive thru @ taco bell today lads
and still when i got home afterwards
and later when i was driving back from a job interview
... but managed to only eat 450 calories today so yay

just started on lexapro today lads, hella worried about potential weight gain

anyone else on any antidepressants? and how has it effected your weight loss?

i've been at this for almost 3 years and have lost over 70lbs (i posted earlier in the thread) but i still feel so hungry all the time. i've seen people on here talking about how after eating so little for so long their stomachs have shrunken or something, and now they can't even eat too much at a time ..... how do i make that ME?

ate an entire pint of halo top ice cream yesterday and managed to stay just under my calorie limit

still too nervous and guilty to step on the scale this morning, thanks ice cream!
