I sold some shoes on grailed that were (a little) beaten up. I posted pictures of all the flaws on the original listing. However now that I have already shipped the shoes and received the money through paypal, the buyer wants his money back and wants a refund..

I dont feel like refunding him because it costs time and money and I'll need to resell it.

Can i just tell him i don't do refunds or will he than fuck me over through paypal buyers protection? Paypal's policy states that paypal buyer protection is only for scams but not for items that are different from the advertisement..

any advice?

Grailed is great and I love the idea but are there any other sites like it? Sometimes I can't find what I want specifically from designers on there.

Every single time I edit my listing to include payment option as "Pound Sterling" as well, when I go back into the edit it has changed back to USD.

Is that just how it works? If I select GBP as an option and click Re-Publish - is that it? Has it worked? Just worried because it's always back to USD when I edit the listing.

A question about grailed, I've had about 10 people ask for measurements and whatnot about a pair of jeans I've been selling and 7 of the 10 have gotten to the point of actually agreeing on a price before they've just stopped replying to messages and I've never heard from them again. Is this normal? Shit's really annoying
