Is 185cm and 65kg as a male too thin? Iam currently working out a bit because i dont like how narrow my shoulders look but besides that iam fairly happy with myself.

If the teeth are healthy there is no point in doing anything with them.
If you are that botherd with them, you can get veneers (expensive but better) or get them covered by filling material.
Both methods have risks.
