OP, if you look young, there's not too much you can do about it to look more grown up. Maybe go slightly greaser or 40s/50s (or even the 80s), but basics. White tee, make sure it shows off your shoulders and arms, and tuck it into jeans or mid-to-high rise pants.

Don't try to pull off a leather jacket or suits if you look like a kid, though. It won't go over well.

I remember working with a guy who had what I always assumed was his whole body tattooed. Apparently he only got tattoos on visible places (forearms, neck, hand, a few on his ankles/lower leg). We only found out when a bunch of us went to the beach and he refused to change into a swimsuit. It was fucking weird. He was a massive faggot anyway. Rode a fixie and had a douche moustache too.
