Yeah, no. Unless you want to impress other autists on imageboards, even Amazon brands are respected among normies. Nobody cares about your watch, you don't need to spend so much especially if you can't afford it or need to make sacrifices for it. I would argue that in a strictly fashion point of view, some shit tier watches such as Skagen or DW are more stylish in design than many luxury ones. I personally dislike those chronographs with those huge ass numbers, date magnification lens for old men with poor eyesight, 5-10-15 for children who can't tell the time, and so on. I have to admit I really want to buy pic related (costs 80 bucks) because to me it looks good, but the fact it uses a 5 bucks chink movement and glass holds me back.

Anyway, if you're rich as fuck, you can buy whatever, but I would still set my absolute limit at 500-700 bucks max, which would still put you above 99% of people.
