i guess the identifiable features in design might be because they approach two different demographics, and maybe even age groups

i've lost my train of thought
i think i was going to talk about yy and his development and fabrication compared to cdg. cdg sort of being more willing to compromise and experiment, sort of always reinventing but not really deviating while yy is seemingly always where it wants to be if not just appropriating itself for the time.

sitting on comp going through archives of cdg and yy pieces, among other (admitidly mainly through ratuken)
