Depends where you go really. If you just go to a random cheap place and ask them to cut it at the back there's a good chance they'll fuck your shit up. If you want to try the kpop thing, go somewhere in an asian neighborhood if your city has any so they're more likely to be familiar with how to do that. Otherwise just try to go somewhere nice I guess.
