You make it seem like everyone on earth is walking around with these chiseled works of art bodies, I think women shouldn't have them, but most men aren't a Greek god so having some tattoos isn't like they're ruining anything, and if they ever do decide to get shredded or jacked their tattoo looks better anyway so it doesn't matter at all

Tattoos were one of the last "pirate" lives you could have, that last bit if rebellion or freedom and adventure, they used to make you tough, manly, and for many men it was a right of passage or part of a comradery experience, or was something you did to honor your friends or family or your values, or something you did as a joke or got as a momento from traveling

Now it's purely fashion or a sacred religion where every single ink spot has to have the deepest meaning known to man that would challenge even Socrates..

And the designs are outrageous, a tattoo is meant to look like a tattoo, like something you'd see in popeye, or a yakuza movie, or native tribes

Not some water color blob of a dolphin with stars that represent your grandma, or a portrait of lady gaga or jack Nicholson on your leg, or some Pokemon on your arm..

As an aspiring tattooist I'm very dissappointed with the state of the industry..
