Like here you can see he doesn't really have a V taper/shape. His shoulders are naturally too small for that.

He has tight fitting clothes, combined with shots with him not with a lot of people and almost all actors showing off muscles do arm curls before shooting to get a pump on and get that solid bicep look.

The 3rd image not from a movie or a close up really highlights his size and it's not really big at all.

These are supposed to be positives that a lot of people can achieve this look.
