It was just around 16 hours, from 8am to 12:30 am.
I broke fast because

It might have been impulsive. I ended up eating 800 calories. I would have kept it to 400 but I had made a sardine salad sandwich for the first time, it was sitting in my fridge and I was itching to know how it came out.
It was all healthy food and I feel very full and satisfied now, which is good I supposed because my fear was that I was going to snap and eat like 3000 calories of donuts or some shit.

Right now I'm eating 1000 calories a day, planning to do that for 4 weeks and hopefully go from 124 lbs to 120.

Overall I agree with what >>13092657
had to say but I fear I misunderstood the point of their post. I definitely feel that revulsion, and I am definitely not going to eat more than 1000 by the end of tomorrow. But maybe they were trying to tell me I need to space out my meals more? I'm not sure. I've always had an affinity for big, satisfying eating sessions, and then spending the rest of the day just sipping coffee with a nice flat stomach. But maybe they were saying that's the wrong approach, or maybe they assumed I was trying to lose weight by fasting, which I'm not I'm calorie counting.

I hope this post wasn't too long/bloggy but that's the jist.
