usually nizoral for some time. i think doctorly guys on yt recommended to pair it with salicylic acid shampoo to help penetration of ketoconazole. its probably drying af tho so make sure to check any moisturizing tips under >>18017820
if that does not work after a few months you should seek further help and/or prescription methods probably

>im wondering if i can just use my cerave moisturizer (ceramides and Hyaluronic acid) as a day and night moisturizer?
yes

whatever spf50 cheap body sunscreen there is (though i dont have many skin issues so cant recommend this for everyone)
>>18018195
nope, look for oil free ones
>>18018221
topically - retinoids and heard good things about copper peptides. there are procedures out there that can help too
>>18018285
be sure to use the strongest retinoid you can afford without prescription beforehand (usually retinal or adapalene in certain countries). then just go to derm and talk about it. or just order tret from some online indian pharmacies

try different brand. in case the results are the same, look for common ingredients. idk maybe its preservatives. i have the same issue but with butter while other dairy is fine.

how many times a day do you wash your face with these. maybe you are stripping your natural oils too much.
sweat could be a major factor. its worth to splash some water alone on your face every now and then if you feel sweaty. same rule is often suggested after workout.
also post routine

usually it boils down to using a shampoo with ketoconazole (like nizoral) 2-3 times a week. additionally you can try pairing it with salicylic acid shampoo. salicylic acid helps ketoconazole to penetrate your skin.
the doctorly guys also mentioned a few more ways to deal with this in this vid i think https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpAa3XYZqPo

but you probably tried all of them so id go to a derm
