I like the denim jacket, and you should stick with looser pants. Obviously yes get some cleaner clothes, maybe shave the beard and moustache for now till you find a style you are comfortable with.

Take care of your skin better, get rid of the acne. Just be more fashion aware while still wearing stuff that you feel represents you or the image you want to portray.
