For a warm weather variant just remove the tights, cardigan and jacket (and maybe substitute the boots for loafers).
For a colder weather variant include an extra hidden cardigan and a thicker scarf, substitute the tights for woolen ones and maybe include a pair of woolen ankle socks depending on how cold it is. Always good to keep your feet warm.
