Because models have to fit the sample size you fucking retard. The industry has such strict measurement requirements because designers make one size garments for initial showings (runway). Can't speak for men's but the average female model is a size 4 and between 5'9 and 5'11. There's really not much wiggle room regarding runway qualifications because of the nature of the industry.
