Certainly—though with the late 1950s and late 1960s, the differences in terms of silhouette are night and day. The Halterneck dress was still very much in style in '57 and disappeared by the mid '60s. By the early 60s the silhouette for women was much slimmer with shift dresses. Think Jackie Kennedy and Jean Shrimpton. By 1966 you get the miniskirt and Twiggy and at that point I'm very much reminded of the entire decade of the 20s, which in my view did not have such drastic changes as the 60s did. The silhouette for both men and women were very slim and 'androgyny' as we understand it also came into popularity in both decades. The 'look' in the late '60s just reminds me very much of actresses like Louise Brooks, Clara Bow, and Colleen Moore, and I think the times were very much in agreement.
