Grow it out for a while so you can allow the hair time to grow in, and then you shave it you fucking idiot. Just repeat the process and your hair will come back thicker and faster each time you let it grow out. Growing a beard takes time though also genetics. It also helps if you're not a huge faggot.

No fucking surprise. The individuality comes from how it's styled and the length more so then how it's cut. You're not going to find a hairstyle to replace it, because frankly there's only so much you can do with your hair and it still look accessible to the general public. It's either going to come back to some variation of short sides + back or long hair.
