I don't think it can be "accessorized" enough to be become an accessory and therefore judged to be effay or not effay, at the same time I do not see anything wrong with women shaving or not shaving any part of their body, I think shaving is a waste of time and just fucks up your skin and hair even more, so it's not worth it from a medical point of view.
