again, if you have the opportunity i think you should shoot a bit higher, or look around on the auctions and deadstock retailers. you can get pieces at retailers like that online for the same price or less for what you're looking for than at a major fast-fashion place, depending on the article.
just avoid zara though. really. they're a soulless corporation and seriously overcharge for their quality. they really pull the wool over the consumer's eyes with pricing like that, for what you're getting. that's just my experience though.
