Posting mine again. Definitely getting a cut in a week wondering if I should stay at medium length all around and just get it shaped better or go much shorter in the back and sides for the slick look

I've been growing it out for quite a few months on the sides and back and am having fun with it but I'm trying to get a job in retail and I'm pretty sure it's fucking with my chances.
Should I power through and go long or no?
