You can be model size and healthy. Liking models have definitely warped my perception of beauty though. Yesterday I met a beautiful girl that has the style I like from head to toe except that she wasn't thin. Not at all overweight (no hanging flab), she was average, but to me she looked fat. I knew I was being unreasonable but she simply looked fat to me. I think a way to solve this is just take some time away from fashion or fitness or Hollywood or social media and deprogram yourself, eventually your tastes will change back to a more balanced view.
