The difference is Casio offers great watches at a reasonable price point. Seiko sell $2000 watches with the shitty 6R movement which is insane. Their quality control issues have just been accepted as part of the charme. The 6R is an inconsistent mess.
How they get away with not regulating them in $2000 watches is beyond me.
Seiko dick riders are the most insufferable people in the watch world. Every fucking release gets cute little autistic nicknames like turtle, samurai, willard, arnie, tuna, monster omg Im consooooooming.
They offer $800 watches with shitty hardlex right now.

I own a Seiko diver and it has the usual issues like misaligned bezel and chapter ring. But haha bro that's just part of owning a Seiko.
They are a joke company, the quintessential meme watch.
If they offered their watches at the same price point casio do plus $50 extra for having their shitty mechanical movements in them nobody would say anything negative like with casio.

They are but they are incredibly over priced for what they do. Just get a chink diver from Ali they will all be just as good as the Seiko but way cheaper or better yet get a casio g shock.
If you insist on having a Nip diver go with Citizen promaster diver
