For an actual answer, I was pleasantly surprised that this Ratio Freediver wasn't complete shit. I think it was about $130 in total for this 200m quartz model. It has a ceramic insert, sapphire crystal, good lume, and a bracelet with solid endlinks.

For cons, there are several since this was only $130. The lume, while being good, is blotchy in a few places. The bezel is aligned, but the seconds hand isn't. The Seiko quartz movement keeps time unlike the automatic movements typically found in this price bracket, but it's an unremarkable, barebones $4 quartz movement. The bracelet is better than the average Seiko bracket, but that's not saying much (which is why it's currently on a rubber strap). Additionally, there's the fact that it does nothing creative or new. This watch is a weird amalgamation of a Seiko SKX013-inspired dial, Citizen-esque bezel, and 80s TAG Heuer case, complete with a bracelet that is suspiciously similar to the one that comes with the Seamaster. Unfortunately, the other models are even more hideous. Finally, there's the name, and when you look at the dial, it sometimes says:
>RATIO
>REE DIVER

So far, I've been wearing it in situations where I don't want to damage a watch I actually care about. I wore it in the shower and while swimming and haven't noticed any water getting inside. I'll give an update once it shits the bed, but so far, it seems like a decent option for poorfags.
