I guess usually anything above 30 but it also depends on the person, their personality, lifestyle etc. I know a 37 year old guy that I'd still call young because he lives the life of a young person (without looking ridiculous).

Oil has a ton of calories. I have an olive oil spray so I don't have to use so much. It just feels like wasted calories to me.

I don't have any great advice, the only thing I can tell you is talk to her about it and show that you're worried in the most non-judgemental way you can manage and make sure she knows she can talk to you about her issues if she wants to.
