I'm 5'6" and was 150 like 2 weeks ago but now I'm down to 143 (although half of the loss is prob water weight as my actual weight lost should be around 4 lbs at a 1k calorie deficit).

Been eating a banana and some steel cut oats for breakfast, lunch is a can of chili, and dinner is a tuna sandwich on this delicious as fuck bread. Snacks are just random veggies + sugar free mints. Also taking a multivitamin as I cba to keep good track of my macros.

Trying to reduce muscle loss by doing just general body weight exercises. It's also nice because I have less energy so I'm more tired and can actually fall asleep at 11 instead of getting to sleep at like 4 AM like I was before.

>tfw goal of 130 is still over 2 months away though
