I probably wear the Rick runners the most. They are really comfortable. I typically wear some biker jeans or prisoner drawstring, rick one size sleeveless during the summer. Joggers seem to work best with it. The velcros are a new addition and those are a close second, they are incredibly comfortable, but high tops are a lil less versatile

I have prisoners. Really easy to wear. Incredibly comfy especially in the heat. Drop crotch makes for nice airflow.

Are you talking mainline Ramones sole? The quality is good. It's not nearly as good as the moody though which is GOAT. The blistered leather and the fact that they were knee high on the moody ones make it that way. The Sphinx are a lot shorter and the leather is more like the stretch leather on the shell toe rickdidas from last season, which is good in its own way (it's smoother). I personally still find them cool but I don't like the way they fit. They just aren't long enough in my opinion. Maybe they work better on someone who isn't 6'1 and a 28 waist, because they don't meet the hem of the pod shorts for me.

I will admit the all black colorway from that season doesn't feel or look as good as the black/white or white/cream. I've owned several color ways from each season now, that one there does look the weakest in person. I like the sole being white because it looks far more dramatic and eye catching. People don't notice the black sole as much when it's on. Also the leather quality of the upper isn't as interesting as the other two mentioned previously - the black/black & white/black have a cheaper looking smooth bovine leather while the other two have a soft sueded leather.

Anyway, I love mine on. Get a ton of compliments on them daily. At least once a day.
