I want to get away from only wearing sneakers and buy my first pair of boots like a big boy. I plan to use them when in the city, and want to appear a bit more mature. I've decided on black instead of brown to start, as it'll go with more things that I already have in my wardrobe. Should I go with a chelsea, or a lace up? If the latter, I'm thinking something like pic related, as I don't like the look of narrow, or almost dressy shoes. I realize chelsea's are kind of that, but I feel like their look justifies it. Any suggestions or inspo?
