I sucked my finger in secret til the age of 14 and refused to get braces when I stopped because I was too embarrassed to wear them.

I think my teeth are slowly realigning themselves, but I'll probably have to get them all ripped out and replaced in the next 10 years.

Breakfast: Oaty fruit muffins and a cup of tea
Lunch: Hummus with seaweed crackers, some strawberries and a muesli bar
Work Snack: Banana, mandarin and an apple.
