Internet culture is basically TOXIC narcissistic ppl trying to bring other ppl down for any reason.

To be mentally healthy which leads to being socially healthy, which leads to being physically healthy, you honestly just need to avoid all contact with internet culture.

I am being kind of hypocritical here, and I am working on it, but GET OFF THE INTERNET. Seriously, that's the best way to improve your life in every dimension. Minimize contact with the internet.
