it's not even close to that. mostly it looks like he's been picking up collabs, rare models, and a couple from the main line.

2007 is a collab with Burg & Schild.
4618 & 4619 are a collab with Nigel Cabourn.
8150 was exclusive to Red Wing Frankfurt and B-74.
4898 was a collab with the Japanese brand Beauty & Youth United Arrows.
The 8173 is a special indigo-dyed 8173 that was sold by Tenue des Nimes
8118 is an old design, AFAIK not frequently reissued. It was reissued for a Japanese store, SHIPS, a couple of years ago.
9002 is a Woolrich collaboration from 2008, no longer available.
9877 is a Japan exlusive that saw a very limited run in Europe last year.
2940 "Japan Specials" are also made mainly for Japan but were also released in Europe. They seem to be more widely available than the 9877

so half of them aren't easily available in the United States. not the same thing as just "buying one of each". more like collecting
