mainly wear these bread loaves (pic) as my sneaker replacement. otherwise it's doc martens low tops

I want to get back into the game. what should I get? are nb 574 basically my only option or are their some sort of nikes that could be decent? my style is pretty basic, main influences are Patrik Ervell and visvim.
