I started counting my calories and doing IF (16/8) in early November. I usually try to go 1.5kcal in the 8 hr window. I weighed 230 at the start of Nov and I'm now currently 200 atm

I'm guessing it's a bit early to start doing 20/4 and 1kcal instead of 16/8 and 1.5kcal? I'm wondering because I feel like my weight loss is going a bit too slow for my liking right now... should I just be patient and continue, or go on and try 20/4 and 1kcal? I rarely feel hungry anymore outside of the 8 hr window
