I’ve got a pair of packer boots with taps in the heels I used to wear sometimes Bach when I was an EMT. It’s fantastic to wear them in a hospital, sounds insanely authoritative as long as your stride is confident. Highly recommend, I inherited these ones as they are but now I want taps in all my boot heels.

Inherited two pairs of boots from a deceased relative a while back who was without a doubt the most crazy cowboy ass motherfucker I’ve ever known. These ones were what he wore daily and have a metal tap in the heel, paid a local shoe repair guy to clean them up real nice
